We're seeking a Strategic Financial Services Manager to join our team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for helping our customers achieve their financial goals through a holistic approach.

About the Role:

In this role, you will take a proactive approach to discovering customer needs and providing expert advice to help them achieve their financial objectives. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers and delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a natural curiosity to uncover and solve for customers' needs, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will also be self-directed and performance-oriented in your approach, with a willingness to complete industry-related courses to support your growth and development.

Responsibilities:
  • Educate customers on relevant financial insights and provide expert advice to help them make informed decisions.
  • Build comprehensive plans using a holistic approach to help customers achieve their financial goals.
  • Nurture strong, long-standing relationships with customers to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and grow the branch business by delivering against individual and team sales goals that support a positive customer experience.
What We Offer:
