Senior Administrative Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Clerk to join our team at National Bank. As a Senior Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform various administrative tasks independently according to established policies, standards, and procedures.
- Respond to requests from clients and partners involved in files by offering professional and courteous service.
- Conduct checks and analyses to ensure the accuracy of data and operations.
- Manage and provide administrative follow-up of files.
- Produce the various reports and statistics required by different partners and ensure data integrity.
- Help the Account Manager and the Account Representative coordinate and distribute work.
- Open business and personal files and complete various requests for clients.
- Ensure that your unit meets quality standards, while making the necessary corrections to work methods and procedures.
About the Team
You will be part of a passionate team that is committed to serving a discerning clientele in a market with strong potential. You will work closely with other members of the sector and report to the Vice-President, Private Banking 1859.

Requirements
- High school diploma and 31⁄2 years of relevant experience or college diploma and 11⁄2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in sales and customer service
- Knowledge of banking products and services for businesses
- Knowledge of LIS and ICOP applications
- Proficiency with Word and Excel
