About the Role

As a key member of our People & Culture team, you will be responsible for leading our full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding and retention. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs, develop recruitment strategies, and implement programs to attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruitment plans to meet business needs, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to address them.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vocational institutions, industry partners, and other stakeholders to engage them in the hiring process.
  • Develop and implement programs to enhance the candidate and employee experience, including training and development initiatives.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders on recruitment metrics and trends.
Requirements

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment & Retention Manager with a strong background in talent acquisition and retention. You will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration, and at least 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
