We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at Pomeroy Lodging LP. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for leading our full-cycle recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and developing strategies to attract and retain the best candidates.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify talent gaps and develop recruitment plans to address them.
- Build and maintain relationships with vocational institutions, industry partners, and other stakeholders to engage them in the hiring process.
- Develop and implement programs and services to enhance the candidate and employee experience, including employer branding and talent pipeline development.
- Provide communication and training to the leadership team on talent requisition and retention programs.
- Identify problems, gather information, develop alternatives, select optimal solutions, measure, and evaluate outcomes.
- Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a proven track record of success.
- Ability to think independently and implement new infrastructure for creative recruitment programs.
- Experience with ATS, Social Media, LinkedIn, and Indeed tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience developing effective programs for workforce retention, promotion, and succession planning.
