About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at Pomeroy Lodging LP. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for leading our talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement full-cycle recruitment strategies to meet business needs, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify talent gaps and develop recruitment plans to address them.
- Build and maintain relationships with vocational institutions, industry partners, and other stakeholders to engage them in the hiring process.
- Develop and implement programs and services to enhance the candidate and employee experience, including employer branding and recruitment marketing.
- Provide training and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and talent acquisition strategies.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies and programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to think independently and implement new infrastructure for creative recruitment programs.
