Retail and Outlets Operations Manager

Pomeroy Lodging LP is seeking a skilled leader with experience in Retail or Food & Beverage to oversee daily operations and ensure top-notch customer service at our resort in the Canadian Rockies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory and make purchasing decisions to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff to maintain a high-performing team
  • Oversee store operations and uphold industry standards for quality and customer experience
  • Handle financial management, including budgeting and forecasting, to drive business results
  • Provide exceptional customer service and cultivate a service-focused culture to drive loyalty and retention

Requirements:

  • Supervisory experience in Retail or F&B, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Proficiency in financial transactions and excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with staff and customers
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and drive results
