At RONA, we're passionate about helping our customers bring their dream projects to life. As a Sales Project Coordinator, you'll play a key role in this process, working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide them with tailored solutions.
With over 22,000 employees across Canada, we're a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to making a difference in the communities we serve. Our teams from the RONA+, RONA, and Dick's Lumber banners are driven by a desire to help people and are passionate about home improvement.
You'll be responsible for developing sales plans to meet annual sales and margin objectives, actively generating sales through qualifying potential customers, repeat customers, and referrals. You'll also execute project and design consultations, including store showroom tours and on occasion in-home visits.
Your role will involve producing design layouts with plans, elevations, and 3D renderings, proposing products available in-store or through special orders. You'll provide quotes to customers, including a detailed scope of work, project timelines, and financial proposals, promoting financing plans offered by RONA.
Liaising with customers and contractors, you'll ensure superior customer satisfaction throughout the project's realization. Your problem-solving and advocacy skills will be essential in resolving any issues that may arise.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from interior and exterior renovations to home decor and design. You'll be passionate about home improvement and have a strong understanding of the products and services we offer.
We're looking for someone with exceptional customer service skills, 3 years' experience in interior/exterior project sales and management, and proven sales performance in previous roles. You'll have a strong understanding of recognized specialized design software and Microsoft Office Suite.
RONA is committed to encouraging diversity and inclusion. We're a proud Equal Opportunities Employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
In this role, you can expect a competitive salary of around $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. You'll also have access to a comprehensive training program, a student incentive program, and a range of benefits, including insurance, annual salary review, and exclusive employee discounts.
