About the Role

As a Project Manager – Lean & Continuous Improvement, you will play a key role in supporting the evolution of our Lean Production System. You will facilitate workshops, develop dashboards, and support continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of lean production systems
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to improve operational efficiency
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving
  • Participate in the development and implementation of action plans to improve operational efficiency
  • Define and improve end-to-end operational processes
  • Ensure the use of project management practices for the implementation of complex solutions
  • Coordinate and support implementation efforts and monitoring of standardized operational practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, operations, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in continuous improvement and quality in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills
  • Fluency in French and English
