Our Team

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Home Sales Coordinator to join our team in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, Quebec. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales plans to achieve annual sales and margin objectives, generating sales through qualifying potential customers and referrals, and executing project and design consultations. Additionally, you will produce design layouts, provide quotes to customers, and liaise with customers and contractors to ensure superior customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop sales plans to meet annual sales and margin objectives
  • Generate sales through customer qualification and referrals
  • Execute project and design consultations, including store showroom tours and on-site visits
  • Produce design layouts and proposals to customers
  • Liaise with customers and contractors to ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
  • 3 years' experience in interior/exterior project sales and management
  • Proven sales performance in previous roles, ideally in environments offering financing and guarantees
  • Passion for design and home improvement
  • Superior computer skills in specialized design software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Advanced project management knowledge
