About the Job:

As a Talent Acquisition Project Manager in our Canada office, you'll play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and submitting qualified candidates to Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners. Your technical expertise will be essential in understanding job requisitions and descriptions, and you'll implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Recruitment Projects: Identify, assess, and submit qualified candidates based on provided job descriptions.
- Develop a thorough technical understanding of job requisitions and descriptions for required competencies, skills, and knowledge.
- Implement relevant sourcing strategies, conduct research, and utilize a multitude of resources to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
- Document research methods for sharing with other recruiting team members.
- Develop and maintain an ongoing and diverse talent pipeline using research, networking, and database mining.

What You'll Bring:
- Proven technical recruitment experience in the Rail industry.
- Ability to work with data, numbers, and present stories around those numbers.
- Experience working in large matrix organizations is desired.
- Bilingual French and English skills are required.
- Excellent coordination, collaboration, and analytical skills.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders across different regions.
- Global and cultural awareness.
- Strong listening skills.
