Senior Donor Stewardship Coordinator

Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Coordinator, Donor Stewardship to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operationalizing our stewardship strategy, working closely with senior management to implement the plan, and coordinating with internal teams to gather content and images for collateral.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement stewardship plans, including department workflow, coordination, and prioritization of timelines.
- Submit briefs to Creative Services or agencies according to the established strategy and plan.
- Review and approve data populated samples in a timely manner to confirm data appears correctly in relation to established segments and test files.
- Resolve any production issues with vendors using influence, mediation, persuasion, or negotiation.
- Input into the overall department stewardship calendar under the leadership of Integrated Marketing.
- Handle day-to-day relationships with internal staff working on stewardship collateral and/or external vendors.
- Send internal communications to notify CRC staff of stewardship deployments.
- Work with the Senior Manager to get reporting set up for all stewardship activity.
- Completion of a 3-year post-secondary program from a recognized institution, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or Fundraising.
- 3-5 years of progressive, relevant experience in fundraising, marketing, or project management.
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to effectively navigate internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex information and communicate it to a variety of audiences.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Digital or Direct Marketing.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and hands-on implementation skills.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- The ability to manage effectively in a changing environment with multiple conflicting demands.
- Bilingualism (English/French) an asset.
- Knowledge of Blackbaud CRM database an asset.
