Railway Track Maintenance Supervisor

Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Railway Track Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of our railway tracks. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of track maintenance workers to ensure that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections of railway tracks to identify any defects or damage.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure that tracks are in good condition at all times.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure that all aspects of railway maintenance are covered.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Minimum of six years of experience in railway maintenance, including two years of supervisory experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Demonstrated ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
