Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Jomaa's Pizza & Chicken (Downtown Location). As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and supervise the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports, and establish work schedules.
  • Supervise 3-4 people, including food and beverage servers, food service counter attendants, and food preparers.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.

Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a team-oriented culture.
