We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at JD Global Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments for our staff and clients.
  • Communication: Answer electronic enquiries and respond to requests in a timely manner.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked office.
  • Customer Service: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
