Job Summary

The Scheduling Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the timely scheduling of healthcare services. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with clients, families, funders, and healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients, families, and funders to schedule healthcare services
  • Use scheduling software to manage service changes and updates
  • Maintain accurate records of service plans and client information
  • Provide regular updates to clients, caregivers, and funders
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a healthcare-related field (certificate or diploma)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare organization or administrative role
  • Excellent telephone and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
