Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, funders, and healthcare teams to coordinate scheduling and service delivery.
  • Utilize scheduling software to manage client schedules, service changes, and updates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date service plans for clients.
  • Provide regular communication and support to clients, caregivers, and funders.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a healthcare-related field (certificate or diploma preferred).
  • Minimum three years of experience in a healthcare organization or administrative role with extensive scheduling experience.
  • Excellent telephone and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of the GTA and TTC routes or relevant contracted areas.
  • Strong computer and data entry skills.
