Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team at KFC / Taco Bell - Burlington mall. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during peak hours.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that customers receive excellent service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
