Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, respond to customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, and maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards customers and team members.
  • Team Development: Hire and train food service staff, provide feedback and coaching to team members, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: Will train, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
