Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Specialist to join our team at Conseil Cri de la santé et des services sociaux de la Baie James. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing administrative needs, developing and implementing professional techniques in administrative methods and systems, and improving service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of administrative needs and develop recommendations for improvement.
  • System Development: Design and implement administrative systems and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Service Delivery: Work with stakeholders to improve service delivery and ensure that administrative systems are aligned with organizational goals.
  • Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain knowledge management systems to ensure that administrative knowledge is shared and accessible to all staff.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication systems to ensure that stakeholders are informed and engaged.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Humanities, Social Sciences, or other relevant academic discipline.
  • Experience: Three years of experience in administrative operations, preferably in a corporate services-related setting.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required; fluency in Cree and French is an asset.
