Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Account Manager to join our team at Carrier Enterprise Canada. As a Commercial Account Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals and increasing market share for our Aftermarket Parts product lines and Carrier, Bryant, and Payne Residential and Commercial Equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets and increase market share for Aftermarket Parts and Carrier, Bryant, and Payne equipment
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers
  • Provide dedicated customer service and support
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand territory coverage
  • Collaborate with the credit department to resolve customer disputes and collect outstanding debts
  • Participate in after-hours call-out service and provide backup support to the Counter team
  • Provide weekly sales reports and arrange customer training with vendor support

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum three to five years of HVAC/R sales experience
  • Post-secondary education in HVAC
  • Organized, independent, and persistent individual with a strong desire to sell and succeed
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service-oriented
  • Computer literate
  • Refrigeration skills and knowledge
  • Proven negotiation, sales, and leadership abilities
