We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Business Development Specialist to join our team at Haefner Consulting & Staffing. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, educating them on our industry-leading products, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing sales activity, and closing deals.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service, address customer inquiries, and offer support throughout the sales process.
  • Sales Activity Management: Manage and document sales activities, analyze market trends, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, peers, and industry partners to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Education: Post-secondary education is required.
  • Experience: 0-1 years of sales experience is preferred.
  • Skills: Proficient in Office machines and Microsoft Office platforms, excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
