Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior National Account Manager to join our team at Summit Search Group.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of Key/National Account Management experience, with prior work experience in Consumer Goods/Food & Beverage. A post-secondary education in Business or Marketing is also required.

The Senior National Account Manager will be responsible for expanding Canada's market presence and driving revenue growth through the development of relationships with strategic partners and key accounts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing annual sales plans in conjunction with leadership
  • Maintaining accurate forecasts and promotional plans
  • Executing sales plans with a focus on profitable sales opportunities and market penetration
  • Sales target achievement, including revenue and activity
  • Needs analysis, program and presentation development, sales, and renewal with established and prospective accounts

Additional responsibilities include conducting analyses to determine opportunity areas and employing course correction initiatives as required.
