Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Best Look Hair Salon & Spa. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team and ensuring the smooth operation of our salon.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events; direct and control daily operations; evaluate daily operations; motivate staff; open and distribute mail and other materials; plan and control budget and expenditures; plan and organize daily operations; establish and implement policies and procedures; record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences; manage contracts; answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages; answer electronic enquiries; oversee the preparation of reports; respond to employee questions and complaints; greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas; set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems; type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents; conduct research; perform data entry; provide customer service; perform basic bookkeeping tasks; consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.

  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years; permanent position; 35 hours per week; English language.

Requirements: High school graduation certificate; experience in a fast-paced environment; excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to multitask and work under pressure.
