Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager - Business Operations to join our team at HAPPY BROASTED CHICKEN INC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate team members and provide constructive feedback for growth and development.
- Cost Control: Cost products and services to ensure optimal profitability and efficiency.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible deals.
- Customer Relations: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 people to ensure that they are working effectively and efficiently.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, and physically demanding conditions.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment.
- English as the primary language of communication.
- 32 to 40 hours of work per week.
