Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Skys The Limit Holdings Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff
Lead and motivate a team of staff members to ensure seamless service delivery and efficient kitchen operations.
Train and Develop StaffProvide comprehensive training to new staff members, focusing on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a high level of competence and confidence.
Inventory ManagementAccurately estimate ingredient and supply requirements to minimize waste and optimize inventory levels.
Quality ControlMonitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Customer ServiceAddress customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
Record KeepingMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions and optimize operations.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Work Experience2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
Work EnvironmentFast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Personal QualitiesExcellent communication skills, client focus, and a team player attitude are essential.
