Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team. As a Construction Estimator, you will be responsible for providing accurate and detailed estimates for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and contractors
  • Conduct site visits and gather data for estimates
  • Prepare and present detailed estimates to clients and management
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure estimates meet project requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in construction estimation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
