Job Title: Human Resources Administrator
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Administrator to join our team at Hillside Mountain Management Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, including tasks such as recruitment, training, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process, including advertising job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Training: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Employee Relations: Provide support to employees and management on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution and employee engagement.
- Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
- Skills: MS Excel, MS Windows, MS Word, Adobe Acrobat Reader, Google Drive.
Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, ability to work independently, and attention to detail are essential for this role.
