We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Multilingual Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Nexus Immigration & Recruitment. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and staff. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to effectively coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and be proficient in English and French. Your ability to work independently, multitask, and manage your time effectively will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement new administrative procedures
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Delegate work to office support staff
  • Carry out administrative activities of establishment
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services
  • Perform data entry
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
