Job Summary:
    We are seeking an Executive Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Smart Bros. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Main Responsibilities:
    
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to optimize efficiency.
  • Establish clear work priorities and ensure that all staff members follow established procedures and meet deadlines.
  • Carry out a range of administrative activities, including preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, manuals, and correspondence as needed.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Work Environment:
    This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong organizational and time management skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
    
  • Fully bilingual or multilingual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think critically.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a flexible attitude towards changing priorities.
  • Proven track record of achieving results in a similar role with a strong commitment to excellence.

Benefits:
    Smart Bros offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a generous retirement plan.
