Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multilingual Patient Care Coordinator to join our Medical Sales Division at Aurora Cannabis. This role is responsible for handling inquiries, scheduling, and education for medical cannabis patients in Quebec and Canada.

This position requires the ability to speak fluently in French and English, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a university degree or equivalent experience, with 2 years of experience in the Clinic preferred.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Vetting medical records and referrals
  • Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls
  • Booking and confirming patient appointments
  • Data entry and document management
  • Educating patients on medical cannabis
  • Completing registrations with Licensed Cultivators
  • Troubleshooting patient concerns
