About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support and engaging individuals in their communities. Your duties will include:

  • Supporting individuals in achieving their life goals
  • Providing home support, including personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
  • Accompanying individuals on community outings, such as volunteering, employment, and leisure activities
  • Maintaining records of daily activities and goal progression

Available Positions

We have a permanent part-time position available, working Saturdays from 3:00pm to 11:00pm.

About You

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about person-centered support and has the following requirements:

  • Class 5 driver's license (permanent staff must be willing to obtain a Class 4 license)
  • First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Clear criminal record (paid by CLS)
  • Clean driver's abstract
