Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide personal care services, including toileting, feeding, and transferring clients.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor clients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry tasks to maintain a safe and clean living environment.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in home care or gerontology.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
