We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Heart to Heart Home Care Services Ltd. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals in their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Medical Support: Take patients' vital signs, administer medications, and provide basic first aid as needed.
  • Household Support: Maintain a clean and safe living environment, including laundry, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
  • Companionship: Engage in conversation, provide emotional support, and assist with transportation to appointments.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years or equivalent experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Language: Required work language: English.
  • Availability: Permanent work term, 40 hours per week.
