About the Role

Chandraj Dhawan is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team. As a Home Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Medication Management: Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Household Management: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including laundry and meal preparation.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in activities such as conversation, reading, and exercise.
  • Errands and Shopping: Assist clients with grocery shopping and other errands as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Experience in a related field is an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
Work Environment

As a Home Support Worker, you will work in a non-smoking environment and be required to bend, crouch, and kneel on a regular basis.
