Crew Operations Manager

Job Summary
The Crew Chief or Technician is a key role within our team at ServiceMaster Restore, responsible for managing and conducting various general cleaning services at assigned residential and commercial client sites.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and conduct various general cleaning services at assigned client sites.
- Provide direction and support to assigned Crew Helpers and Technicians.
- Inspect materials and equipment required for scheduled jobs and ensure they are in good working order.
- Complete jobs to specifications to customer satisfaction.
- Manage work assignments within allocated units and ensure materials and equipment units taken are recorded on work orders.
- Facilitate customer inspection of the job after completion and process payment for work completed.
- Maintain all equipment and vehicles to ensure they are in proper working order.
- Attend weekly meetings with production team and training workshops as required.
- Help train new crew helpers/technicians in accordance with ServiceMaster standards.
- Adhere to all company workplace policies.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Results-oriented individual with effective management, delegation, planning, and leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to engage clients and deliver excellent service.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a variety of settings and with shifting priorities and deadlines.
- Education: High School Diploma.
- Work experience: Minimum of four (4) years of experience in cleaning services/restoration services.
- Job-related experience: Two (2) years in a supervisory capacity is preferred.
