Job Summary
Paul Davis is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crew Chief to join our team. As a Crew Chief, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians and ensuring that all emergency services activities are completed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of technicians in emergency services activities.
  • Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standard and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Act as a liaison between the team and management, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Conduct daily vehicle checks and promote a culture of safety and cleanliness within the team.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in emergency services or a related field.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift at least 75 pounds and work in confined spaces.
