Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Hotel General Manager. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective policies and procedures to ensure seamless daily operations
  • Recruiting, hiring, and supervising a diverse team of staff members
  • Conducting regular performance reviews to maintain high standards
  • Negotiating with suppliers for materials and services
  • Organizing training sessions to enhance staff knowledge and skills
  • Managing budgets, revenues, and expenses to ensure financial stability
  • Preparing and executing marketing plans to attract new customers
  • Maintaining a clean and well-maintained facility
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in hotel management or a related field
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of finance and budgeting
Benefits
