Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Management Lead to join our team at River View Hotel. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our hotel.

About the Role:

This is a full-time permanent position working 35 hours per week in English.

  • Evaluate and optimize daily operations to ensure efficient financial management.
  • Identify and investigate compliance issues to maintain a strong financial foundation.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline budgeting and expenditures.
  • Monitor and manage financial control systems to prevent errors and mismanagement.
  • Oversee contract administration and ensure timely payment processing.
  • Analyze financial data to provide insights for senior management and inform strategic decisions.
  • Establish and maintain accurate financial records using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Lead payroll administration and coordinate projects with internal teams.
  • Direct and evaluate daily operations to achieve optimal results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
