Dental Administrator Position with Opportunities for Growth

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:45am - 4:15pm
Compensation: An attractive salary of approximately $45,000 per year, commensurate with experience, offers a competitive compensation package. Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a lasting positive impression
- Optimize the appointment schedule to ensure efficient use of time
- Effectively manage recall systems and maintain accurate patient databases
- Handle patient calls and inquiries regarding appointments, confirmations, amendments, and cancellations
- Process referral letters and other patient correspondence, and manage patient records and charts
About You:
- Minimum 1 year of administration experience required
- Clinical background and experience with dental software programs considered an asset
