Restaurant Management Position

The Chef Abod Cafe is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate daily operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain efficiency and productivity;
- Monitor revenues to determine labour costs and implement strategies to optimize profitability;
- Supervise staff and provide training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver excellent customer service;
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure the highest quality products at competitive prices;
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the restaurant and increase sales;
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner;
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role;
- Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or related field (an asset);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities;
- High school diploma required, degree in hospitality, business administration, or related field an asset;
- A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience;
