Key Responsibilities- Create personalized sales strategies in partnership with management to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Understand local market dynamics and support the execution of sales strategies and tactics.

- Demonstrate persuasive selling behaviors and confident communication skills to influence customer purchasing decisions.
- Take ownership of sales performance and actively monitor personal and store metrics to achieve goals.
- FLEX your selling techniques to contribute to overall store financial results.
- Discuss product features and suggest complementary items to meet customer needs.
- Work effectively with multiple customers simultaneously and follow up consistently to close sales.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of current collections and stay aware of market competition.
- Drive business growth through sales strategies, clienteling, and nurturing customer relationships.
- Sensitively tailor your approach to each customer's unique needs and preferences.
- BUILD lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service and a deep understanding of their needs.
- Ensure all daily tasks are completed without compromising service or Coach standards.

Operations
- Complete daily operational tasks, including maintaining store appearance, cash wrap, and visual merchandising, to Coach standards.
- Adhere to retail policies and procedures, including POS, Operations, and Loss Prevention guidelines.
- Utilize Coach's tools and technology to enhance relationship-building and clienteling efforts.
- Restock inventory on the sales floor as needed and process shipments efficiently.
Requirements
- Experience: 1-3 years of previous selling experience in a luxury retail service environment preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Technical: Knowledge of cash registers systems, basic computer skills (including iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet).
- Physical: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team, mobility to maneuver the sales floor and stock room, and ability to frequently lift up to five pounds.
- Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high retail traffic days.
Compensation Package
The estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000-$80,000, depending on location and experience. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and development within the Tapestry family.
