Key Responsibilities
  1. Create personalized sales strategies in partnership with management to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  4. Understand local market dynamics and support the execution of sales strategies and tactics.
  5. PROMOTE a positive customer experience by embodying Coach's style guide and providing exceptional service.
  6. Demonstrate persuasive selling behaviors and confident communication skills to influence customer purchasing decisions.
  7. Take ownership of sales performance and actively monitor personal and store metrics to achieve goals.
  8. FLEX your selling techniques to contribute to overall store financial results.
  9. Discuss product features and suggest complementary items to meet customer needs.
  10. Work effectively with multiple customers simultaneously and follow up consistently to close sales.
  11. Develop in-depth knowledge of current collections and stay aware of market competition.
  12. Drive business growth through sales strategies, clienteling, and nurturing customer relationships.
  13. Sensitively tailor your approach to each customer's unique needs and preferences.
  14. BUILD lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service and a deep understanding of their needs.
  15. Ensure all daily tasks are completed without compromising service or Coach standards.

Operations

  1. Complete daily operational tasks, including maintaining store appearance, cash wrap, and visual merchandising, to Coach standards.
  2. Adhere to retail policies and procedures, including POS, Operations, and Loss Prevention guidelines.
  3. Utilize Coach's tools and technology to enhance relationship-building and clienteling efforts.
  4. Restock inventory on the sales floor as needed and process shipments efficiently.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1-3 years of previous selling experience in a luxury retail service environment preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Technical: Knowledge of cash registers systems, basic computer skills (including iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet).
  • Physical: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team, mobility to maneuver the sales floor and stock room, and ability to frequently lift up to five pounds.
  • Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high retail traffic days.

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000-$80,000, depending on location and experience. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and development within the Tapestry family.
