Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Back In Motion. The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to our Physiotherapy Clinic, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Services: Greet clients, assist with signing in, and provide general support to ensure a positive experience.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Book client appointments, manage schedules, and coordinate with staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage office supplies, maintain accurate records, and perform various administrative duties as required.
  • Communication: Respond to client inquiries, answer phone calls, and provide excellent customer service.
  • File Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files, including documentation and records.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including office supplies and equipment.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports as required, including daily activity reports and client statistics.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience in a similar or healthcare work environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, strong organizational and time management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems.
  • Attributes: Professional manner, ability to work collaboratively with a team, and strong attention to detail.
