Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Cross Iron Chicken Foods Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff in the food preparation and portioning process
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Establish work schedules and ensure efficient use of resources
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Team player with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The hours of work are 32 hours per week.
