Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Little Caesars. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports.
  • Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
