Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SUBWAY. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Ensure that food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, meeting quality control standards and customer expectations.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and ingredients as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback, maintaining accurate records and providing insights to management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Work Environment:

As a Food Service Supervisor at SUBWAY, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of dedicated food service staff. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a dynamic environment.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Hours:

30 to 40 hours per week.
