Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SUBWAY. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Operations: Establish work schedules, prepare budgets and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Training and Development: Provide training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, client focus, and team player skills.
Work Environment:

Fast-paced environment with standing for extended periods.

Language:

English.

Hours of Work:

30 to 40 hours per week.
