Job Summary

DAHIEM'S FOOD INC. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Food Service Management
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
    • Prepare food order summaries for the chef
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and submit reports
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Team Collaboration
    • Establish work schedules
    • Supervise and check assembly of trays
    • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys

Work Environment

Our fast-paced environment requires a high level of attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and tight deadlines. You will be standing for extended periods and working in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
