Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Secretary to join our team at GSL RENOVATION INC.

Responsibilities:
  • Office Administration: Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office, including managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
  • Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, clients, and vendors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Schedule Management: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and prepared.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, reports, and other documentation.
  • Training and Development: Provide administrative support to ensure the effective training and development of new employees.

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Working Conditions:

  • Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Frequent sitting, standing, and walking.
