Estimated Salary

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules, including creating work orders and scheduling staff.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for management.
  • Collaborate with the chef to prepare and submit reports, as well as prepare food order summaries.
  • Develop and implement quality control standards for food and service, ensuring that customers receive the best possible experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Hospitality or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and record-keeping procedures.
