Descartes Application Support Role

Descartes is a leading provider of logistics and supply chain technology solutions. We're seeking an experienced Application Support Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide application support to our customers via phone and email.
- Monitor application behavior and troubleshoot issues reported by customers.
- Maintain customer contact and call ticket information within our database.
- Develop procedural and diagnostic documentation.
- Participate in on-call duty on a rotating basis.

Requirements:
- University or college level in a computer science or technology program (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in an application support environment.
- Database experience, SQL Server.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
